Enoki Mushrooms

(Flammulina veluptipes), commonly known as Enokitake mushrooms or Enokidake mushrooms, are a long, thin species of fungus native to China, Japan, and Korea with little caps on one end. Jingu is the Chinese name for this fungus, whereas Koreans call it “paengi beoseot.” In Vietnam, it’s also known as “Tram Vang” or “Kim Cham.”

There are many different types of Enoki mushrooms that are grown all over the world, but the most well-known are the off-white, light brown, and golden colored mushrooms.
